		<description>Just a comment on the recent threat to reduce retirees pensions.  To do this to people who have worked many years, putting out good quality products is disgraceful.  The Ford family has had a good life due to the efforts of not only those who have retired, those who volunteered to terminate their employment to help the company, and those who continue to work today.  To take away any portion of a pension that was earned and worked many years for is uncalled for.  That would be like working a 5 day week and the company says: &quot;well, we will be taking away 1 or 2 days pay off your check even though you earned every penny of your pay.  I feel that the workers have more than done their share in trying to keep the company afloat.  Now it&#039;s time for the &quot;Big Boys&quot; to do their share.  Thanks for listening.</description>
